Work alongside a client delivery team to gather requirements, document current-state processes and help prepare the artefacts a transformation programme runs on. You will sit in workshops with business stakeholders, keep the requirements traceability matrix current, and prepare the weekly status pack for the programme steering committee. What you will do - Translate stakeholder conversations into written, reviewable requirements - Maintain process documentation as the current state is mapped - Prepare status reporting and track actions to closure - Support user acceptance testing and collate defects What we look for - Business, commerce or management information systems student - Comfortable writing clearly for a non-technical audience - Organised enough to run a workshop's actions without being chased
